Hi my name is Cindy. I am a 8 year old Malteze cross and live with my owners in a motorhome. For a long time I had a very sensitive tummy and quite often I didn't want to eat anything and would be off my food all day. We have a 5.5 year old Border Collie who has been on the Acres product now for approximately 18 months. He LOVES it! We love the great quality product at a very affordable price. The 15kg bag fits straight into his biscuit container and 2 scoops a day is all he needs. Customer service and website interaction is perfect and delivery is spot on. I can't fault Acres in any way - thank you and keep up the good work chaps! :)

We've been using Acres for nearly 3 years and our Labrador-cross always gets complimented on her shiny coat. She loves the Acres food and she's healthy and happy. Our daughter recently got a puppy and she can't wait to introduce him to Acres because she's seen how good it's been for our dog. I always order a big bag online and it takes about 3-4 days to get down to us.

Visited Cleveden market and used a sample on our 5 dogs. Now have food delivered to our Canterbury home. The dogs love it.

Max and Bailey say thank you... I originally purchased on the treatme deal and was really impressed with the service. My retradoodle is quite fussy when it comes to food but he seemed really interested in this. Max is a lab x ridgeback and has some arthritis issues. He has been on mega expensive prescription food. We have been slowly weaning him off and on to the acres a little at a time and he is going really well. No lameness. So that's a huge saving. End result = 2 happy dogs. The service is super friendly and super quick!! Well done Acres, who needs the fancy expensive packaging

Hi all, thank the universe for this product. the first time we tried Acres, a difference in coat and growth was visible in 3 days. it also keeps mydogs fuller then most other foods.

I contacted Acres to see if they do a specific type of diet to cover my dog as he has allergies. After a lengthy chat about the different diets available I was sent the Grain Free Salmon and Trout formula. Unfortunately when it arrived I noticed that there was a product that he is not allowed on the ingredient list. As it was the weekend I sent an email and promptly on Monday morning I received a call apologising for the mix up and advising of a refund and credit to my account in case there was something else that I would like to get for my dog. I was also asked to send a list of the items that my dog is not allowed to eat so that Acres could talk to their nutritionist to see if there was a diet that could be made specifically to help with his requirements. There is a lot to be sorted in regard to nutritional balance and quality control so I really don't expect to see a product in the near future but it was great to have a pet food company take such interest in working with an owner to try to find an alternative. I've been told that if they can come up with something that they will be in touch as soon as possible. Thanks Acres for addressing the error in such a quick and professional manner. It's rare to get such good customer service nowadays so I was surprised. Such a shame that the food is not suitable for my boy. Great customer service Acres. Truly appreciated.

My dog Rascal tore his cruciate ligament on 2nd Jan 15. The quote for surgery was bet $800 and $1900. My lovely vet said that 80% of small to med dogs can recover without surgery, however he needed caged rest and to lose weight. I started Rascal on Acre Petfoods and he has gone from 11.6 kgs to 10 kgs in 6 wks, has a lovely shiny coat and has healed with my TLC and 15 min walks including up and down a small earthmound that builds up his muscles. I use the petfood as treats too for good behaviour and i have just reordered. Rascal is 9 on 2/4/15 and i want him around for many more years to come. I highly recommend this product.

We highly recommend Acres biscuits! We were lucky enough to win a competition for a year's supply of Acres Pet food and my dogs love it. Prior to starting Acres, my dog Coco had stopped eating her biscuits. She had stopped eating after our beloved dog Max died suddenly in 2014. I tried offering her a variety of higher end supermarket brand biscuits to entice her to eat, to no avail. Late Jan 2015 we inherited a boisterous 5 mth old puppy named Leo and I had just begun Acres feed. The new biscuits combined with new pup (competition for food) was a recipe for success. Coco began eating again, regained weight lost and she has her appetite for life back. I used to wish Coco would eat more slowly but now I am delighted to see her wolf it down! Thanks Acres :)

Very happy with the Acres dog food. We ran out recently and resorted to a supermarket brand, but thank goodness that is almost used up because our dog has become the queen of farts! Can't wait to get back to Acres top quality stuff so we can take the clothes pegs off our noses. Many many thanks!

My dog has changed to Acres dog food and I am delighted that I made that decision. My dog is in top condition for a nine year old Shepherd, and I have not noticed any difference in this since changing his food some months ago. HIs coat is excellent, and he has energy to spare even in this hot weather!! Apart from the convenience of ordering by phone and delivery to the door, it is saving me so much money as two months supply is $79.99 delivered, and before I was paying more for one month supply from my veterinary clinic. Out of five I give Acres top marks. The important thing is he obviously enjoys it as it is gone in a flash.
