Delivery & Damages

All orders received by 9am Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day wherever possible. This excludes non-working days i.e. statutory or business holidays, weekends and non-working days outside our control. In some special and rare circumstances (for example: Fraud screening by your bank) your delivery may not clear in time for our courier pickup and may be held over until the next day. Our system will notify you by 8pm the night of your order when it has been sent. In most cases our couriers will deliver Next Day where possible excluding South Island and Rural deliveries which may take longer. It is not a 'guaranteed Next Day delivery' which is much more expensive however our couriers aim is always to deliver next day where possible and in most cases we have seen that they live up to their aims. We do have to allow them up to 3 working days for delivery in case of delays and other issues. Please contact us if you haven't received your order after 3 working days. Orders unreceived after 14 days and not notified or claimed can not be refunded as the couriers do not allow for claims after 14 days. Excludes all promotions - see promotion for details. To ensure deliveries with minimal delays we no longer ship Friday's or the day before holidays as we have found that the vast majority of damages occurs over weekends and holiday periods and result in longer delays for you to receive your order. Please note couriers will not deliver to PO Box and Private bag addresses - a valid physical address is required.

Delivery for all orders $100 and under:

$5.00 for Auckland
$6.50 for Northland inludes Rural Delivery
$7.50 for rest of North Island
$9.50 for South Island
$22.00 for all outer islands such as Great Barrier, Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc

Rural Delivery will be an additional $4.50 per delivery


Acres Pet Products are packaged securely for delivery, however, if goods you receive are damaged, you must advise us within 24 hours of delivery, take photos, assist us in making a claim with the courier company and hold the product for the courier to pickup for replacement.
